Honda Australia is pleased to announce the 2022 Honda Power Equipment Dealer Excellence Awards which recognises excellence in dealership management and customer service. Over a 12-month period, a rigorous performance review is undertaken on all Honda Power Equipment Dealerships around Australia, to ensure customers always receive the highest levels of service. The dealers in each state or region that achieve the highest scores in 2022 through maintaining sales growth, strong market share and excellent customer satisfaction are acknowledged by being presented with the Honda Dealer Excellence Award.
Honda appreciates the vital role Honda Dealerships play in responding to customer needs and expectations. Peter Singleton, Director of HONDA Australia was on hand to present the awards. Peter explained ‘Our dealer network is the backbone of our customer service network in Australia and these dealers have demonstrated the highest levels of service and their teams have excelled in delivering excellence to their local area.’ Mr. Tony Hinton, General Manager of Powersport and Products explained, ‘it’s a honour to be acknowledged with a Honda Dealer Excellence award and these dealers can be rightly proud of this achievement.
