Ecommerce Returns Policy

If for any reason you change your mind and no longer want a Product you purchased from the Honda e-store, we will happily accept returns where the Product is in a new, fully functional, unused, undamaged condition and in its original packaging, within 14 days from the date of collection from the Honda Dealer Store.

All returns for online orders must be processed by first contacting Honda Customer Service; Honda Dealer Stores are unable to process online Honda E-store returns without a Return Authorisation Number and Communication issued from Honda Customer Service. Once you obtain the Return Authorisation Number from Honda Customer Service, you will need to return your items to be examined by a Honda Dealer Store to ensure they are in a new, fully functional, unused and undamaged condition and are accompanied by their original packaging (if applicable), including manuals and accessories, as supplied at the time of collection. Refunds will be declined if the above conditions are not met and the items fail the return inspection.

Please allow between 10-15 days from the date of retuning your goods instore for your refund to be credited to the account used for the original purchase.

Cancellations

If for any reason you change your mind after placing an online order and no longer want an item you have purchased from the Honda online ecommerce store, prior to collecting your order, we will happily cancel the order and process a refund.

All order cancellations must be processed by Honda Customer Service; Honda Dealer Stores are unable to process order cancelations.

Please allow between 10-15 days from the date of contacting Honda Customer Service for your refund to be credited to the account used for the original purchase.

The Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
