Honda warrants all new Honda power equipment to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal domestic use and service for the specified warranty period.*

Honda goes to extraordinary lengths to ensure best-in-market quality. We begin with the highest quality components, with each part individually inspected before entering the production line, exceeding Australian industry standards at every stage. This process involves multiple quality checks during and after production.

In order to ensure your safety, we recommend that you rely on an authorised Honda dealer for servicing. Only authorised Honda Dealers have access to all of the special tools and training required to maintain your power equipment in peak operating condition.

You are free to have your Honda product serviced by any suitably qualified mechanic and this will not affect your statutory warranties, however, failure by the owner to have the recommended servicing carried out by an authorised Honda dealer means that you cannot take advantage of the Honda limited warranty.

In order to take advantage of the Honda limited warranty, you must have maintenance performed according to the schedule (contained in the relevant owner’s manual supplied with your product), by an authorised Honda dealer.

The owner must keep a record of all services and maintenance; proof of service history may be required.

Our warranty provides top to bottom coverage and is the same on the last day as it is on the first!
