How many products will be available online?

  • Currently there are 3 products available for click-and-collect; this list will be reviewed regularly.

Will all products be available online? If so, when?

  • At this time not all products will be available through the online channel.

Will Honda ship products directly to customers homes?

  • The Honda ecommerce program has been designed to be purchased from the Honda website and collected from a dealer in the Honda Dealer Network.

Where do I collect my item from Honda Power Equipment dealer?

  • The Customer will have an opportunity to select the Power Equipment Dealer of choice during checkout.
  • At the ecommerce checkout, the customer will need to put in a postcode which will bring up a list of dealers closest to the postcode to be able to pick-up the product from. Note that the product will ship from the Melbourne warehouse so the customer will need to factor in delivery times as well.

How long will my order take to process?

  • Processing time would generally take around 2 business days.
  • However, delivery times need to also be considered. These will vary by geographic location and are subject to factors outside of our control, such as freight company schedules and capacity limits.

What if I need to return an item(s) that I ordered?

  • If for any reason you change your mind and no longer want a Product you purchased from the Honda website, we will happily accept returns where the Product is in a new, fully functional, unused, undamaged condition and in its original packaging, within 14 days from the date of collection. The product should be returned to the Honda Dealer Store where it was originally collected.
  • Please allow between 10-15 days from the date of retuning your goods instore for your refund to be credited to the account used for the original purchase.
